Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A deposit of 30% of the rental price is required to confirm the reservation as well as a guarantee cheque of 350€ which will be destroyed or returned after the handing over of the keys if the flat is returned clean and in good condition to the next tenant (from 100€ to 150€ for an emergency cleaning!).
