Cancellation/Prepayment/Deposit
A 30% deposit of the rental price is required to confirm the reservation, along with a security deposit check. This check will be destroyed or returned after the keys are handed over if the apartment is left clean and in good condition for the next tenant (an additional €100 to €150 fee applies for emergency cleaning!).
In case of late cancellation, the security deposit check will be used as compensation.
